Aspen Property Management and Brokerage was founded in 2009 to provide property management for office, self storage, retail, industrial, self storage and commercial properties. Partners in the firm have a collective 55 years experience in managing various properties in different asset classes. Experience includes leasing up 30 properties. The firm has extensive knowledge with stabilization, debt cover test, and financing for new developments. Aspen is also a full service brokerage licensed in The State of Indiana.

Partners in the firm have successfully improved operating results at more than 20 distressed properties. Our management process begins with the long-term Management Plan which is developed to identify and eliminate operational weaknesses and improve on-going execution. Management Plans are specifically developed to align property goals with owner objectives.

Aspen Property Management provides extensive training for all maintenance personnel and clear guidance regarding maintenance policies, procedures, and preventive maintenance plans.
